How does medication administration work?

Our team administers medications according to physician orders, with safety checks and consistent routines. We do more than “remind”—we handle the process so you can feel confident that doses are taken correctly and on time.

What kind of help can my loved one receive each day?

Support is personalized. That may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and getting to meals or activities. We adjust the level of care over time so residents can do what they are able—and get hands-on help when they need it.

Can families visit often?

Yes. Families are encouraged to visit, join activities, and spend time in lounges, dining areas, and outdoor spaces. We want Knollwood Pointe to feel like an extension of home for you and your loved one.

What happens if care needs change over time?

Our team regularly reviews each resident’s needs. If more support becomes appropriate, we talk with you about options, adjust the care plan, and coordinate with our Memory Care neighborhood or outside providers as needed.
